Application (by e-mail):

form
2. Scan/send your supporting documents through e-mail
3. Wait for acceptance letter and payment advice
4. Make payment and return payment receipt (if any) with 2 passport size
photo.

Form (by fax / post):
1. Click the Application Form option to download the application form
2. Fill the application form with capital letter.
3. Return your application form together with your supporting documents
to address show in application form
4. Wait for acceptance letter and payment advice
5. Make payment and return payment receipt (if any) with 2 passport size
photo.
